Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Military Veteran.

• Must demonstrate a genuine transportation need.

• Must provide proof of military service (such as a DD-214 or military ID).

• Must possess (or be eligible to obtain) a driver’s license if receiving a vehicle.

• Must complete the official application.
